New or Retrofit LED Sports Lighting Installation

Whether you’re planning a brand-new sports lighting build or upgrading an older metal-halide system, the installation process should be simple, safe and predictable. Jasstech delivers end-to-end LED sports lighting projects designed to meet (or exceed) the relevant Australian Standards for your sport, while managing spill light and neighbour impacts.

Retrofit Upgrade Process

For retrofit projects, we’ll assess whether existing poles, cabling and infrastructure can be reused. Where suitable, a retrofit can reduce downtime and overall installation cost, while still achieving a major improvement in light levels, uniformity and control. Structural checks, electrical capacity and safe access are key considerations before works begin.

  • Customer enquiry received, and registered in CRM.
  • Complete Jasstech’s Design Request Form and Draft Design completed. Final Design Approved by Client prior to quoting.
  • Pricing for Engineering, Surveys, Masts (if required), Luminaires and Installation provided to Client (as required) and Accepted by Client
  • All relevant Building Approvals sought and Granted. Ensure Client Agreement Approved. Order materials.
  • Cabinets delivered to site and installed (if required)
  • Luminaires fitted to Masts and preliminary aim
  • Cabling and electrical equipment fitted in masts and cabinets
  • Any additional electrical equipment installed in Mains and Sub-Mains Switchboards
  • Electrical equipment Connected and Tested for compliance to relevant Standards and Codes
  • Luminaires switched on, Final Aiming and Lux Audit conducted. Re-aim, as required.
  • System demonstrated to end user, including handover of operation and maintenance manual
  • Continual engagement with client to ensure customer satisfaction and optimised performance of products
